Information We Collect

We collect the following information to operate the service:

• Account information: your email address and authentication credentials.
• Job data: the prompts you submit, the models requested, and the results returned, so jobs can be routed, executed, and delivered to you.
• Worker information: the machine name, platform, advertised models, and credit balances for workers you run.
• Usage and billing data: request and token counts, subscription tier, and payment identifiers held by our payment processor, Stripe.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to route and execute jobs, enforce quotas, calculate worker credits and payouts, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How Your Data Is Shared

Job prompts and any attached files are transmitted to the worker machine assigned to run the job, which may be operated by another user of the grid. Do not submit confidential or personal data in prompts. We also share limited data with service providers such as Stripe (payments) and our email provider, strictly to operate the service.

Data Retention

We retain job records, usage ledgers, and credit history for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain by law.
