These Terms of Service govern your use of LLM On Demand. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

When submitting jobs, you agree not to:

• Submit unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users, or worker machines.
• Use the service to generate content prohibited by applicable law.

Workers and Credits

If you run a worker, you agree to execute assigned jobs in good faith. Credits are earned based on completed work and may be redeemed for payouts subject to our review. We may withhold or reverse credits obtained through fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and priority features are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Running a job consumes quota and, where applicable, credits — including resubmitting a completed job.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jobs are executed on a distributed grid of third-party machines, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of any results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM On Demand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
